Through RMR, SVC collaborates with its hotel operators and net-leased retail tenants to collect environmental data from its properties. By engaging directly with operators and tenants, RMR has improved visibility into the operational performance of over 10.6 million square feet of hotel and retail space. RMR's asset managers promote operational practices that enhance economic performance while addressing sustainability goals, including energy and water conservation and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
