Hot Take | July 11, 2026, 5:06 a.m. EDT

The immediate outlook is bullish, driven by a powerful divergence between the stock's recent price recovery and its lingering valuation concerns. While the trailing P/E of 44 suggests the market is still skeptical of the business's current profitability, the forward P/E of roughly 12 implies analysts expect a massive earnings expansion to justify the current price. This expectation is supported by the recent 12% revenue growth and a significant gap between trailing and forward EPS. Technically, the stock has broken out of a multi-month consolidation, trading above both its 50-day and 200-day averages, which confirms a shift from a downtrend to an uptrend. The options market is aggressively pricing this move, with traders buying calls at strikes far above the current price while selling puts at deeply discounted levels, effectively betting on a continuation of the rally. However, the long-term investment case remains mixed due to the lack of a dividend and a recent history of double-digit annual declines. The stock has suffered two consecutive years of negative returns, which weighs on the multi-year trajectory despite the overall 150% gain since 2016. Without a dividend to provide income or a proven track record of stable growth over the last few years, it cannot yet be classified as a top-tier buy-and-hold compounder. It is currently a high-conviction momentum play waiting for the earnings story to fully materialize.

As of July 11, 2026, 5:06 a.m. EDT: Speculators are positioning for a significant upside breakout, evidenced by massive call volume at the $85 strike and heavy open interest walls at $70 and $75. Conversely, put writers are establishing deep defensive positions at strikes well below current price ($15-$32 range), suggesting a belief that the stock will trade sideways or drift higher rather than crash. Implied volatility is elevated for deep out-of-the-money calls, indicating a premium priced for a sharp rally.
