The investment case here is fractured by a severe disconnect between current operations and historical performance. Fundamentally, the company shows signs of life with a 12.7% revenue growth rate and a forward P/E of 13x suggesting analysts expect a turnaround in earnings. However, the price history tells a different story: the stock has lost nearly 52% of its value over the last nine years, despite a recent bounce. This multi-year decline indicates that the market views the current revenue growth as insufficient to overcome deep structural issues or past mismanagement. The short-term outlook is technically constructive, having recovered from lows near $2.00 and trading above key moving averages, which supports a cautious bullish stance. Yet, this optimism is heavily contradicted by the options market. Traders are aggressively buying protection at the $2.50 level, implying a fear of a sharp retest of the bottom. This divergence—stronger fundamentals and technicals versus extreme options fear—suggests the recent rally may be fragile and prone to a sudden correction if the broader aerospace sector softens. There is no dividend to provide income, and the balance sheet carries significant debt relative to equity. Until the multi-year price trajectory turns decisively positive and the options market stops pricing in a crash, this remains a speculative hold rather than a core investment. |

As of July 11, 2026, 4:05 a.m. EDT: Speculators are positioning for a significant downside move, evidenced by massive open interest in deep out-of-the-money puts ($2.50 strike) compared to negligible call activity at that level. While there is notable call volume at the money for the January 2027 expiration, the overwhelming put weight suggests a 'bear put spread' strategy or hedging against a potential collapse, rather than a bullish breakout expectation.
